Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Campsite Builder. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Campsite Builder is operated by Valorsis, Noorderkroonstraat 35, 3318 VN Dordrecht, the Netherlands ("we"). You can reach us at info@campsitebuilder.com.
2. The service
We provide an online editor to draw, store and share campsite maps, a dashboard to manage them and read-only links for guests. We may add, change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces the service we give at least 30 days notice by e-mail.
3. Your account
You need an account with a valid e-mail address. Keep your password confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store unlawful content, to infringe rights of others, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to resell access without a partner agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
Maps, images and texts you upload remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process and display them as needed to run the service, including on the read-only links you enable. You confirm you hold the necessary rights, in particular for aerial photos.
6. Plans and payment
A subscription costs $14.99 per month or $99 per year, or €12 per month or €79 per year. Mollie handles payment and shows any applicable tax before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the paid period ends.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where possible. Support is provided by e-mail on working days.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for breach of essential obligations limited to typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for lost profits or for maps being inaccurate.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time; your campsites and files are deleted with it. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the current version is always published here and material changes are announced by e-mail. The law of the Netherlands applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
